"Laguna Bay - Construction Update

All structural work at Laguna Bay is complete. Interior plastering work is set to complete this month (July 2012). Painting of the exterior skeleton and interior walls continues, currently standing at 39% complete. Ceiling and tiling works within apartments stand at 22% and 19% complete, respectively.

Electrical sytems are now in place across over 75% of apartments, whilst the building's sanitary system is 39% complete. Work on the building's fire alarm (35% complete) and air conditioning systems (25% complete) is well underway. Installation of electrics for corridor lighting in Laguna Bay began at the beginning of the month (July 2012).

The excellent progress made at Laguna Bay by primary contractor Siam Construction has enabled us (Heights Holdings) to bring forward our estimated completion date from April 2013 to December 2012."

"We are delighted to report that contracts have been finalised for the start of construction of Club Royal Building C, the Waterpark Condominium and Laguna Bay 2. 

All three buildings will be breaking ground at end-July / early August (2012) with renowned construction firm Siam Construction selected as primary contractor. 

Siam Construction have built up an excellent relationship with Heights Holdings in recent years and are well known across Thai real estate for their efficiency, quality control and professionalism. 

The Siam team have produced excellent results at Laguna Bay since the project broke ground in December 2011 with completion expected end-2012, well ahead of the April 2013 scheduled delivery date. 

They (Siam Construction) have also made rapid progress on Park Royal 3 Building B, where delivery of apartments commenced last month (June 2012) - and Club Royal Building B, on track for completion this September (2012)."
