"Laguna Bay - Construction Update
All structural work at Laguna Bay is complete. Interior
plastering work is set to complete this month (July 2012). Painting of the exterior
skeleton and interior walls continues, currently standing at 39% complete.
Ceiling and tiling works within apartments stand at 22% and 19% complete,
respectively.
Electrical sytems are now in place across over 75% of
apartments, whilst the building's sanitary system is 39% complete. Work on the
building's fire alarm (35% complete) and air conditioning systems (25%
complete) is well underway. Installation of electrics for corridor lighting in
Laguna Bay began at the beginning of the month (July 2012).
The excellent progress made at Laguna Bay by primary
contractor Siam Construction has enabled us (Heights Holdings) to bring forward our estimated
completion date from April 2013 to December 2012."
