The Zire Condominium at Wong Amat, Pattaya

The Zire Wongamat project comprises two residential towers 37 and 54 storey's respectively together with car park building, Beach Club and landscape gardens.

The piling works Contract was awarded to Ital Thai Trevi Co., Ltd and was completed on 17 March 2012.
The main building works contract has been awarded to Pre-Built Public Company Limited on 1 March 2012.  Temporary soil retention works are complete; excavations exposing pile caps done; pile cut off and foundation works have begun. 
Pre-Built PLC, the main contractor, took possession of site 1 April 2012 and has installed site offices, stores and workshops. 
Plant and equipment has been mobilzed.
