Construction updates provided by the Developer on 4 December 2012:
The Wong Amat Tower structural skeleton is now built up to
the 26th floor. Interior walls are complete up to the 16th
floor, with pre-cast walls also in place on floors 17 and 18. Installation of
plumbing and electrical systems is underway up to the 18th floor.
Work continues on the foundations of the separate covered parking complex.
We expect a selection of in-house 6th floor
show-suites to complete in mid-December 2012, with unit types B (47 sqm), H (65
sqm), G (92.5 sqm) & F (92 sqm) on display.
