Construction updates provided by the Developer on 4 December 2012:
All piling and foundation works are complete for Building A
of Laguna Beach Resort Jomtien. Pouring of concrete for the basement floor is
complete and all steel retaining walls are in place for the basement floor.
Pouring of concrete for the basement walls of Building A is expected to
commence imminently.
Excavation work continues at Building B and work on the
foundations has begun. The cutting of piles is in progress, with dynamic load
tests complete.
